Pre and post-sale support

Arbitech has a talented team of systems engineers on staff to assist with all the phases of even the most challenging projects. From presales design/architecture to site surveys and white glove installation to long term post-implementation support, our team does it all.

Warranty (manufacturer and extended)

In addition to any manufacturer’s limited warranty available on products sold, Arbitech offers optional extended coverage from many manufacturers. We have also partnered with reliable third-party companies to provide an alternative to manufacturer-supported contracts that offer increased service levels, entirely on-site support staff, and a commitment to keeping your customer satisfied with their hardware purchases.

Return merchandise authorization

How does “same-day RMA” sound? Although it’s not a guaranteed SLA, our RMA team does a fantastic job processing these requests usually on the same day they arrive. For products in your possession more than one month, or which fall outside of our official RMA policy, contact your representative to ensure your satisfaction. In the rare event that a product is DOA, it will be replaced ASAP. We will cross ship product to you depending on availability in our warehouse. However, due to our extensive testing procedures, you can rest assured knowing that our DOA rates are impressively low.
