Arbitech prides itself on providing the best customer service and partner support in the industry. Each partner has a dedicated account executive who is responsible for every phase of your interaction with Arbitech. From quoting to tracking to RMAs, Arbitech's partners are always provided with timely and reliable service. The basic process for working with Arbitech is:

  • Establishing an account with Arbitech - Simply complete our Credit Application, or sign our Credit Application and attach your standard credit information/trade references. If you are a California business, we will also need you to complete our Reseller Certificate. Our accounting department will work to process your application within three days.

  • Receiving a quote from Arbitech - Each partner has a dedicated representative responsible for managing all aspects of your interaction with Arbitech. Your representative will provide a "real-time" quote based on current availability, product condition and market pricing. Quotes can be requested by email, phone, fax or Instant Messenger (IM). We ask our partners to include SKUs in all quote requests to ensure we are quoting on the exact product desired.

  • Placing an order - Once pricing and availability have been approved, a PO must be provided to Arbitech by email, phone, fax or IM. Please remember to specify the ship-to information and shipping method to ensure we send the product to the correct destination - and on time! We also support EDI/XML order processing.

  • Shipping policies - Arbitech includes free ground shipping with all orders except the most heavy and bulky items. In the event second day or overnight shipping is required, your representative may discuss sharing certain extra expenses. Arbitech has relationships with all major carriers (FEDEX, UPS, Airborne, DHL, etc) and uses Fedex for the majority of shipments.

    ALL Arbitech shipments are considered "blind drop shipments". All documentation (packing slip & shipping documents), instructions, tape, seals, etc. contains no reference to Arbitech.

  • Order tracking - Orders can be tracked on Arbitech's website by entering the PO number on Arbitech's online Order Tracking page. Currently, our systems are integrated with Fedex. In the event a different carrier was specified on the PO, the tracking information will be provided by your representative.

  • RMAs - Arbitech prides itself on a liberal RMA policy. We will issue an RMA for products purchased within the last month, even if the product has been opened. For products in your possession over a month or which fall outside of our Official RMA Policy , your representative will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

  • DOAs - Any DOA products will be immediately replaced. In the event the product is available in our warehouse, we will cross ship another to you or your customer.
