To guarantee 100% reliability and compatibility, Kingston modules are designed to meet the specific requirements of the system or class of systems the module will be installed in. This means your Kingston module will give you the same performance as the manufacturer branded memory.
Kingston has built its reputation on exceptional quality and offers a full lifetime
warranty on it's memory products. We know when purchasing memory for servers and
high end equipment your biggest concern is warranty and service.
For this reason Kingston has developed Kingston
Care, which reimburses customers for any costs it incurs for service on
problems caused by its memory. Kingston also has an agreement in place with IBM
services that IBM will service any problems that fall under IBM's warranty.
Three levels of cost reimbursement designed to meet the needs of self-maintainers,
service providers, and customers served by major OEMs.
Kingston has built its reputation on exceptional quality, as well as outstanding
customer service and support. The Kingston service reimbursement program is an extension
on this commitment. If a server or workstation that has Kingston memory installed
requires service which is a direct result of the Kingston module, Kingston will
reimburse the service provider/reseller, or end-user/end-customer on billable charges
related to the event.
As the end-user of a Kingston server memory product, this is our guarantee that
you are covered while using our memory in your server or workstation environment.
Kingston will work with your reseller and service provider to amend your service
level agreements to include Kingston memory, or we will work with your reseller
and our contracted service provider to provide you with the service assurance level
that is required to meet your existing service agreements. If your company is a
self-maintainer, Kingston will work with you to customize a service reimbursement
plan to cover inter-company charges. Contact your Kingston Representative or your
reseller of choice today to find out how you can add service reimbursement to your
Kingston memory.
As a reseller of Kingston server memory products, Kingston Service Reimbursement
is an additional guarantee that you can offer to your customers when selling Kingston
products. If you have a service division, Kingston can reimburse you for service
calls directly related to Kingston memory, or alternatively we send out one of our
contracted service providers if required. All of this will be seamless to your customers.

program.

Note: This Service Reimbursement offer applies only to Kingston's family of system specific Server or Workstation memory for use in branded OEM deemed servers and workstations. Our ValueRam by Kingston and Hyper X modules are not included in this offer.
On-Site Spares
Kingston offers Onsite spares to our large enduser partners as a way to help meet
tight service deadlines.
Kingston understands the risk involved in adding memory to a server. Servers need
to be up and running, day in, day out - you can't afford for a memory failure to
slow you down. To add an additional level of comfort to the purchase of Kingston
server memory, for qualified KingstonCare program participants, Kingston can place
a safety stock of spare server modules at your location to use in the event of a
Kingston memory failure.
The on-site spare module offer applies only to Kingston's family of system specific,
server or workstation memory for use in branded OEM deemed servers and workstations.
Our ValueRam by Kingston and HyperX modules are not covered under this agreement.
Please talk to your Representative today to determine if your business requirements
qualify for KingstonCare onsite spares.
Kingston representatives will, at their discretion, determine the appropriate type and number of modules made available to you under the on-site spare program. The participant shall not use the replacement spare(s) except as authorized within their KingstonCare agreement. Upon termination of the agreement, the participant shall, within ten (10) days, return all replacement spares to Kingston via Simms International. If the participant does not return the replacement spares in a timely manner, or elects to purchase them upon termination of the agreement, they will receive an invoice within thirty (30) days for the memory products at the prevailing market price.
