Arbitech can source products from nearly any computer products manufacturer.

Does Arbitech inventory the products it sells?

Yes, we inventory a vast selection of the products we sell. We also have access to our suppliers' inventories around the world and use this as a "virtual warehouse" to augment our product availability.

Is Arbitech a grey marketer?

No. Under the law, "grey market" products are consumer products that are acquired in a market where they have warranty coverage, but then imported and sold into a market where they lack such coverage. None of the products that Arbitech sells are grey market products.

Yes. While the majority of our partners receive Net 30 terms, we also have the ability to accept COD, wire transfer, cashier's check, company check, and major credit cards. In addition, Arbitech has relationships with the major flooring companies, including IBM, GE, Textron and Transamerica.

How do I set up an account with Arbitech?

Please contact our sales department to establish an account. You will need to complete a credit application which we will use to verify credit history and establish Net terms when possible. If you are a California business, we will also need you to furnish us with your reseller certificate.

How do I receive price quotes from Arbitech?

Your sales representative will be responsible for your RFQ (Request for Quote). You can contact your representative by email, Instant Messenger, phone, or fax.

How quickly can you fulfill an order?

The majority of our orders are fulfilled the same day. In the event your product is not available from stock, your representative will provide you with a reliable ETA.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

Arbitech uses UPS for the majority of shipments and provides online Order Tracking for UPS shipments.

Do you include free shipping on your orders?

Arbitech includes free ground shipping on nearly all orders, irrespective of the order amount (the only exceptions are extraordinarily heavy and bulky items). In the event you require expedited delivery, your sales representative will discuss with you any additional charges.

Do you offer blind drop-shipping?

Arbitech offers free blind drop-shipping directly to end users, enabling our partners to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently to their customers. ALL shipments from Arbitech, whether or not designated "blind," leave the warehouse without any reference to Arbitech on the packaging, picking slip or otherwise, which eliminates the possibility for error.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we have many international clients and work with several international shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

How do you deal with RMAs?

Arbitech prides itself on a liberal RMA policy. Any product that is DOA will be replaced immediately, usually by cross-shipment of a new product to you or your customer. Any other products that need to be returned are subject to Arbitech's Official RMA Policy.

Does Arbitech sell to end users?

Arbitech sells exclusively at the wholesale level - to resellers, dealers, systems integrators - and not to end users. In other words, unlike some of the manufacturers, Arbitech does not compete with its own partners to obtain business from end users.

Does Arbitech offer EDI or XML document trading?

Yes, Arbitech supports both formats.

Do I need an account in order to access your site?

Yes.

How do I get an online account with Arbitech?

Your rep can set you up with access or you can click here. You will need your 5 to 6 digit alpha-numeric Customer ID located in the upper right hand corner of your invoice or you can contact your rep for the information.

What if I forget my password?

Your rep can reset your password for you or you can click here to request a new temporary password.

What if I want to change my account information?

Once logged in to our site you can click UPDATE PROFILE to change your contact information, default shipping information and desired communication method.

The temporary password you gave me doesn't work.

Temporary passwords are only good for 4 days from the date of issue. Please contact your rep to have your password reset.
